In the unlikely event that you need to return, echange or refund an item, we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange process within a 28 day period. 

Just return your purchase in its original packing unused and in original condition and we will do the rest.

We do not accept returns that have been opened and used or damaged outside of our control.

All of our products are hand boxed, packed and dispatched using eco friendly and recycable materials.

Delivery is via Royal Mail and will usually take 1 to 3 days to be delivered depending on day of purchase
